Fans of The Beatles are in for a treat as a fantastic tribute act takes to the stage in Belfast next month. The Magic of The Beatles comes to the Waterfront Hall on Friday, May 14. The all-new production celebrates 50 years of The Beatles with all their most loved hits played including, Love Me Do, Help, Let It Be and Hey Jude. Tickets are £22.50, £21.50 and £19.50. Due to massive demand, JLS have added a third Belfast date. The boy band will now play Tuesday, January 12, 2011, as well as Friday, January 7, 2011, and Saturday, January 8, 2011. Tickets range from £27.50 to £32.50. Rock legends Iron Maiden will open the European leg of their Final Frontier World Tour in Ireland this summer. The English heavy metal band will be performing at the O2 in Dublin on Friday, July 30. The tour takes its name from their forthcoming new studio album, 'The Final Frontier', which is expected be released in the late summer of this year. Tickets are 59.80euro. A limited number of Westlife tickets go on sale this week. The boys will be performing at the Odyssey Arena on May 2, 3 and 4. Tickets are £44 and £39. This week sees the long-awaited performance of internationally renowned pianist Richard Clayderman in Belfast. The Prince Of Romance will perform at the Waterfront Hall on Friday, April 16. He has recorded over 1,200 melodies and has created a new romantic style through a repertoire which combines his trademark originals with classics and pop standards. Tickets are £30. Electronic music purveyor Deadmau5 is set to light up Belfast's Giant's Park next month when he performs alongside Fatboy Slim and guests at a landmark open air concert. A musical feast awaits those making the journey to the brand new events site at Giants Park, at the Dargan Road on Saturday, May 8. Tracks like Faxing Berlin, Not Exactly and Ghosts n' Stuff catapulted Deadmau5 to the forefront of the global electronic music scene from the off. Tickets are priced £39.95 plus booking fees (standard) and £64.95 (VIP). American Celtic punk band Dropkick Murphy's are all set perform in Belfast next week. They will be playing at St George's Market on Tuesday, April 20. The Boston band began their career playing in the basement of a friend's barber shop in 1996. Their goal was to blend the musical influences they had grown up with — punk, rock and Irish folk — into one loud, raucous, chaotic and often out of tune mix which they call their own. Tickets are on sale at £20. Classic rock band The Beat Poets will be headlining this month's Harp Ice Cold Big Gig, straight from a storming appearance at the legendary South by Southwest festival in Austin, Texas. The Belfast band, who made quite an impression at the highly regarded music industry festival, have just released their new single and will be heading up the classic rock installment of The Harp Ice Cold Big Gig at The Spring and Airbrake, Belfast on April 23. They will be supported by rockers Swannee River and Last Known Addiction. Admission is £4 at the door. Welsh rockers Lost Prophets return to Belfast for a show next month. They will play at the Mandela Hall on Wednesday, May 19. Best known for 2006's number one album Liberation Transmission and top 10 hit singles such as Last Train Home and Rooftops (A Liberation Broadcast). Tickets are £23. Budding singers from across Northern Ireland are being encouraged to step forward and hit the high notes in preparation for a major concert at Belfast's Ulster Hall later this year.
